SAP EHS Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP EHS solutions, and providing support for SAP EHS modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP EHS processes, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a strong technical background in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EHS functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP EHS solutions, including incident management, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, and safety management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Customize SAP EHS modules to meet business needs, including configuration of health and safety processes, hazardous substance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP EHS solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP EHS modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for SAP EHS processes.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP EHS features, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, including timeline and resource estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EHS module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP EHS processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP EHS modules.
• Experience with integration points between SAP EHS and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PM).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP EHS certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP EHSM (Environment, Health, and Safety Management).
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
