SAP Supply Chain Management Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SCM solutions to optimize supply chain processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP SCM modules, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a strong technical background in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SCM functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SCM solutions, including modules such as Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Customize SAP SCM modules to meet business needs, including configuration of master data, planning strategies, and inventory management.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP SCM solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP SCM modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for SAP SCM processes.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SCM features, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, including timeline and resource estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SCM module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP SCM processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SCM modules.
• Experience with integration points between SAP SCM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP SCM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Event Management (EM).
• Knowledge of global supply chain regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
