SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP SD solutions, and providing support for SAP SD modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP SD processes, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a strong technical background in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions, including order to cash (OTC) processes, pricing, billing, and shipping.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Customize SAP SD modules to meet business needs, including configuration of master data, sales documents, pricing procedures, and billing processes.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP SD solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP SD modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for SAP SD processes.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SD features, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, including timeline and resource estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD modules.
• Experience with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP, WM).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP SD certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP CRM and Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
• Understanding of global sales and distribution processes and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
