We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions, and providing support for SAP HCM modules.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions, and providing support for SAP HCM modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM processes, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a strong technical background in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Customize SAP HCM modules to meet business needs, including configuration of master data, personnel actions, and payroll schemas.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP HCM solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support for SAP HCM processes.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM features, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning, including timeline and resource estimation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP HCM module implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP HCM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors for talent management and HR processes.
  • Understanding of global HR regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
