SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, and providing support for SAP FICO modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a strong technical background in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), asset accounting (AA), cost center accounting (CCA), profit center accounting (PCA), and internal orders.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, including configuration of master data, financial statements, and controlling reports.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP FICO solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for SAP FICO processes.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO features, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, including timeline and resource estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4.5 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules.
• Experience with integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
