Sr. SAP EWM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and a strong technical background in SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions, including inbound and outbound processes, warehouse structure, resource management, and warehouse monitoring.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical consultants, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Customize SAP EWM modules to meet business needs, including configuration of master data, warehouse tasks, and RF (Radio Frequency) framework.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP EWM solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM modules, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support for SAP EWM processes.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM features, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, including timeline and resource estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP EWM module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP EWM modules.
• Experience with integration points between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP EWM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management).
• Understanding of warehouse automation and robotics integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
